First, Terminated=ended.

Now this issue Mark raises over whether or not the "proposed" (amended) '336 will be "published". Now I refer to my earlier (one and only other) post today. Per my understanding, with the issuance of the cert on the amended '336 per the recently completed prior re-exam, the amended '336 is available for public view. Someone please verify this (though I believe this to be true). If this is true, the amended '336 HAS DEEN published - not in the Gazette (yet) - but "published". Coupled with this, the amended '336 is not "proposed", it is revised and established as per the already issued re-cert.

Corrections desired.

Are some here just going out of their way to create confusion or what? I don't mean to be accusive, and there be honest questions being raised, but.....
