The reexamination certificate was issued on 11-24-2009.

For those who suggest that the current reexamination is based on this, please explain how it is possible to reexamine something that wasn't in existence until two weeks ago.

However, now that there exists an issued reexamination certificate, as opposed to a NIRC, this will be incorporated into the new reexamination.

In a nutshell, the newest reexamination was granted on the original '336 but will now have to include the recertified '336 particulars going forward.
