SNQ’s 11-20 have been disqualified on the grounds that the revised claims of the 336 were not in place at the time of the request. There for one can only expect another reexamination based very similarly to the disqualified SNQ’s 11-20. If the claims of the patent are modified for the current examination there could be yet another reexamination after that. Every time we put up a new sail, they will try to blow a hole through it. Eventually, once the have thrown everything they have at us the USPTO will have no choice but to deny the reexaminations. After that the patent is fine tuned and we will see what is left in the patent claims.
