Unlike RG taking positions on boards of companies we invested in, which was done to look after the best interests of our investment in those companies, giving an outsourcing contract to Cognizant Technology Solutions while Dharmesh Mistry serves on our board would be questionable, at best. I do not have a problem with outsourcing development of the software (CDX), as long as the work does not go to a company that one of our sitting board members currently works for.

Again, I do not believe Dharmesh Mistry is here to provide solely outsourcing advice to our BoD.
