I doubt a sitting board would take a recommendation from a new CEO to remove another board member. On the second matter regarding Mistry, I think you are implying that he would remove himself if a contract were to be awarded to Cognizant for outsourcing services?? I am sorry for not understanding fully what you are trying to convey, but I still am a little confused as to what you are going for here.
