Also, don't confuse development (as in software development) with business development (which is what his resume includes). We need business development (SALES), regardless of where the product is actually developed. [I am not saying you are confusing the two but just making the distinction].

I am happy that we have looked for hopefully better leadership, although I would be happier had one of the other board members (3 amigos) stepped aside to make room for the new board member; that would equate to a real net gain. I would also be happier if the new member's average stint at his workplaces was longer than 3 years; that is bothersome to me in some respects.

I certainly do hope this new board member can help in guiding the company toward positive results and for his and PTSC's ultimate success etc....
