Speaking in generalities, if it was recommended that one or more board members be removed and/or replaced, do the other board members vote on this or do we? Forgive my ignorance but I honestly don't know.

If our board members are a tight knit group, it may be difficult for them to vote out one of their own. Obviously, there is no problem bringing a new member on board, just curious as to how they go away, if not on their own.
