JW was a real nice guy and he played his CEO role well relative to PR with the shareholders...but what skills did he bring to Patriot when he was there? Did he engineer any turnarounds, did he bring in any monster deals, did he change the face of the internal landscape and Patriot in a new direction? No, because he had to work within the confines of the BOD, IMHO

What would he have brought to the table in the new TPL/PTSC relationship? He apparently either didn`t heve the skills, or perhaps he decided to get off the bus at this juncture.
