Thanks Greeneyes

Earlier, I had talked with the membership person at the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association who had done a search and could not find Carlton Johnson as a member of the Florida Bar. After seeing Greeneyes' post, I immediately called the Florida Bar and they confirmed that he has been a member in good standing since 1988 when he joined as a member of Swartz Investments.

I called back to the Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association and spoke with the membership person again. She did another search of the Florida Bar Association members and apologize because she found his name on their roster. She did however stand by her research that he has not been a VP-President elect of the Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association. She put me through to the Executive Director who said that there is no record back to 1994 of Carlton Johnson being a member of their association. He said that he would research further back and if he found out anything different, he would call or write to me to let me know.

Mr. Johnson, please accept my apology regarding your association with the Florida Bar....still some questions about the rest.
