Does not mean that something significant could not happen between now and then. There is always that qualifying statement in proxies that says the board will also address any other business that has not been announced. Frankly, I would rather not have something big spelled out in the proxy, causing a surge in the share price, only to have it retreat while we wait almost two months for confirmation. Plus, they can always call a special meeting.....perhaps in Caribou, ME. LOL

Many may have been hoping/expecting some positive info to be released. I suggest many more were cautiously anticipating the proxy for fear it might contain proposals not to our liking. With it out of the way.....I think we just might see some buying in anticipation of NIRC etc, etc. good luck
