The bottom line in this whole matter seems to be the compensation the BOD is awarding themselves. This is a travesty of BOD performance and value. If the BOD took reasonable compensation and secured good investment advice, all shareholders would appreciate the value provided. At this time, the BOD has consistently mishandled company business and made poor investment decisions. The track record speaks for itself. I do believe that once the MMP is recertified and reexaminations are no longer accepted, the MMP royalties should be returned to investors as quarterly dividends and stock buybacks. Then all shareholders will be able to participate in the value of the MMP.
