The move to the Chicago location was undertaken to better accommodate shareholder access from various locations across the country.

Unless a majority of shareholders are from Chicago I just find this location ridiculous. Putting the shareholder meeting in Chicago, in the middle of winter does not make it more accessible. It makes it a nightmare.
