I could be wrong, but , I do not believe this is the reason for the move. If there is something going on behinds the scenes, they certainly could not make an announcement at this time, if it had not been completely accomplished. IMO

Then why did they give a reason in the first place. They could have just stated they are moving the annual shareholder meeting to Chicage. Period. But, they did give their reason. I'm not sure why people try to read more into this than there is.
