Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the only "take over" is the one that presumeably would/could result from a TPL/Moore settlement. That is, TPL would take over Moore's share of the MMP on top of what they already hold - taking them to a full 50% ownership/beneficiary of the MMP. Of course PTSC is the other 50% owner/beneficiary.
