I don't believe that applies. If it's true then how do they know and why doesn't everyone else know at the same time from the company(PTSC)? Or was the information coming from the other side, the buyers? And remember Agoracom's statement said it was an offer not an acceptance of the offer. I can offer to buy PTSC for 100 shares of PTSC but that probably won't be accepted by the board. But maybe I could borrow 500K from the company to buy them out?
