To that phrase of a ..."takeover"

If it's just a misprint or a reference to some takeover between Moore and TPL...well..

Agoracom needs to explain that in detail....and/or amend that paragraph to fully explain.

If anyone just read that paragraph as it stands one would assume that Agoracom has inside information regarding a takeover of PTSC( or any takeover for that matter)...at least that's how I'm reading it and I'll bet many others are also.
