Being a public company or not has nothing to do with it...the way it is presented there is an entity...be it a person or corporation that has information that should be made public if what they posted is correct....if it's a misprint or a "mis-structured" sentence so be it...but it needs to be explained.
Any pertinent information that is in the knowlwdege of a non-authorized insider and not made public within a specific amount fo time...I beleive it is 24 hours...it is a SEC violation.
