Actually you are off base. The initial postings that a forum member chose to move this morning were relevant, IMO. Judging by the informal survey that Agora agreed to put up, evidently many others agreed with me. The information from CM's blog stated that his attorneys have asked him to redact certain information. He was implying that he would comply but couldn't figure out how to physically redact something from his blog page. The other portion of the entry stated that he was "three sheets to the wind". Nowhere in any of his blog did he EVER state that a buyout/offer was on the table. I've followed his blog from day one and that has NEVER been stated by him. If Agora had a different meaning then they chose their words VERY poorly. When I read their reply to me, it took me an extra second to figure out what they were even talking about. The sentence stating the following, "given the takeover offer currently outstanding" threw everyone for a curve, considering it had nothing to do with the initial question I asked Agora. The problem seems to be most people did not read or participate in the initial conversations this morning. If they had, they would know that Agora's answer wasn't lock step with the question. I suspect it's a simple example of miscommunication, however, to lambast everyone else is silly. Agora could have cleared this up in 2 seconds. It appears that many persons reading from early this morning, both on Agora and Moore's blog, are equally confused by their answer.
