The entire Agoracom post referenced Chuck Moore's blog and the statements that he redacted which were exclusively about his on going fued with TPL. Chuck Moore has said all along that he only had a commercialization agreement with TPL and never gave up ownership of his patents to TPL.

It makes much more sense to me that Agoracom's wording of a takeover, was meant solely to define what is happening and the potential outcome of the ownership/money fued between Moore and TPL.

Do you honestly think they have insider information about PTSC and would be so careless about posting it on the PTSC investor website. Nevertheless, it has stirred up some questions and at least deserves a reply by Agoracom to satisfy those who need an answer.
