Seems to be him (Mr. Moore) saying what he believes Patriot thinks.
And then:

He assures that ownship has nothing to do with validity. In other words don't worry about it it has nothing to do with the USPTO challenges.
So what exactly are you saying because from his quotes it seems to be the opposite of what you are saying.
