Food for thought, Mr Henneman represented us and TPL with the USPTO in regard to the challenges against the MMP. Did the modification of the claims eliminate our rights to past infringement. This patent may hamper future infringement payments, hence, the possibilty or appearance of a conflict of interest. I can see a lot of future litigation as in the past between Moore, TPL, and PTSC if they are not united. Perhaps this is all about re-distribution of funds in what one party feels is more equitable. Who knows?

This is all wild speculation, but it is food for thought to those who are constantly kept in the dark. (US)
