I read your post to Ba about this possibly being "the only" work around the MMP patents. Does this link http://www.faqs.org/patents/app/20090300334#ixzz0ZdRue4US and the excerpts you cut and paste have any other meaning? Ex. 0088 that you pointed out?

How is the 749 patent tied into these new patents? I didn't see the connection clearly.
