Maybe some of you remember that milestone brought up the fixed number of BoD members as an inssue, especially in connection wit a new CEO - he titled his message with "No room for any more directors, not even a CEO", which implied there is a connection between the number of the directors and a new CEO.

WHICH IS NOT.

I stand by my statement. As the BoD has been set at 5 members, it is IMPOSSIBLE for any incoming CEO, or other new senior member of management, to gain a seat on the BoD.
