The market had it pegged. The original NIRC that moved the share price was, pretty much, official enough for most watching this stock. As I mentioned yesterday.....no volume indicated that either it was not going to be in the Gazette or it would be viewed as a redundant event. Too much other crap going on, as well. Man, this is making me old. good luck
