You're correct Steve - it's always "waiting" and then more "waiting" and incredibly stupid moves by the BOD in between the "waiting". The BODs have undoubtedly hurt the reputation of this stock which really hurts the SP.

Our adversaries are ensuring that we wait as long as possible.

I'm not sure why, but I believed the PR when they announced that there were many companies going back to the table to negotiate a license. Companies may have been waiting for this whole thing to play out. I'm also not sure how the Moore vs. TPL lawsuit is affecting things and if it is also slowing things down.
