I think that's where I am at at this point as well. I feel the patents have gone though enough scrutiny at the PTO and its time to take the A's the distance win or lose. I see no end game in sight if TPL expects to have everything done at the USPTO. I just think it's not going to happen for quite some time if at all. The real question in my mind is how good are TPL's lawyers and how much money does TPL have to battle the A's in court? I wasn't impressed by Cook in Texas.
