1) 50/50 split (pre-expenses) encouraging

2) Warrant incentive clause nixes any immediate thoughts of Privatization (whew!) 1st tier of exercising is at .50, I think we`ll get there w/a few more announcements.

3) $1M payout/holders of rights on licenses (is this Fish/Moore - BTW, I see no mention of Fish

4) Appears Intel licensing agreement is valid and still in place. No mention of the AMD licensing agreement...?

I`ll stand aside for the more astute posters contributions.

IMHO, not a bad agreement, we`ll make some money.
