They lost their bid at quashing the '584 and just lost the '336. The first OA (non final) from the '148 reex that they requested since it was merged with HTC's has been mailed (Dec. 11) and should be on the IFW any day now, if not tomorrow. If they get shutdown on that one hopefully TPL can put the boots to 'em and the licence they were granted as part of the business resolution with TPL back in Dec. /07.
