I would agree with you that the 336 seems on good footing now. The questions I have in light of this is why are we continuing to experience erosion in the SP? And what has happened to the licensing program?

Has licensing stalled waiting for Moore and TPL to settle their ownership and payment issues?

Or has licensing stalled because infringing companies didn't bite on the latest tough talk from TPL and are waiting to see how much the latest licensees have paid to see if rates did go up and how much?

Or are companies waiting for results of the T's or A's litigation? Figuring if the T's still have not settled, that perhaps they have some defense against the MMP?

As usual we get very little out of PTSC in the way of information. In the past I assumed that management was working hard behind the scenes during these quiet periods. But any more my gut tells me that they don't have a clue about what to do and are sitting there doing nothing and saying nothing as they look to outside sources like Baroni to provide some direction for the company.

Most everything the BOD has touched at PTSC has failed to this point including the aquisitions and personel they hired to implement the umbrella plan. All of it has fallen on its face to date and left us again relying heavily on the MMP revenues which appear to have stalled again.
