I almost made a similar post yesterday about how TPL/PTSC should release a PR explaining their position regarding the PTO & Recerted '336.. but I came to the realization that they probably still feel the exact same way as they did when they released the Sept 16th PRs explaining just that... I'm sure, as much as we'd like them to, they shouldn't speculate publically how the current '336 Reexam (or the others) should unfold.
