"Submissions after the next Office action, which is intended to be a final action..."

as stated in the conclusions of the latest non final office actions of:

'148 (Dec. 11)

'749 (Nov. 19)

'890 (Nov.5)

...and then there's the '336 reex that has a good possibility of being terminated.

Hopefully all that action should make Chicago feel a few degrees warmer on Jan 28th.
