Moving on to Tanimura, which the examiner uses in conjunction with Kajigaya.

I see nothing new in the examiner's argument for Tanimura. It's like he never heard what was said in the 3/27/09 response. Strange. I don't know what to make of it. I figured that he would at least make a different argument. If it is different, I can't see it.
