Who in their right mind seriously believes that INTC settlement covers anything but their products? Also many electronics have multiple chips in them, so we can`t get then for the INTC chip we can still go after them for the other chips. The bottom line is they still infringed on our patent. This is apparent by the court filing a few day’s ago implying that we where in settlement talks with one of the 5 companies supposedly covered by INTC payment.

It appears pretty obvious that TPL will have their hands full filling out receipts for cash received. Remember what JW said at the SHM, he was negotiating with I think 7 to 10 companies to settle, I am sure that list was handed over to TPL to close the deals. We still have about 10 years to milk this patent, the longer a company waits to settle with us the more it will cost them. I will see everyone at the bank tomorrow. IMO
