But what's really unfortunate is that no new board can do much better. I'm not saying this board is doing well. I'm saying that PTSC has no control or say over license sales and license litigation. None!"

One can argue that the only thing that has really been successful to this point for PTSC has been the licensing of the MMP, which has brought in over $100 Million dollars so far to a very small company. Ironicly the only successful significant revenue source for PTSC has been the one thing the BOD has had very little responibility for or control over.

What PTSC does have control over is managing the revenue brought in by the MMP and so far the BOD has performed poorly with CEO picks, paying out dividends, questionable investments, and high compensation levels for poor performance to date. A real problem the BOD has is that they seem to lack any ability to gain traction on anything other than the MMP. How many exciting ideas have we been led to believe were going to start bringing in the revenue only to watch it go no where and die (the Ignite Chip, smart cards, ground penetrating radar, PDSG) to name some, everything this company contacts goes no where except for the one thing they have very little control over the MMP. It's not that the company dosn't come up with good ideas, its that they lack the talent, connections and or ability to market the ideas. It is time for the BOD to step aside and give some new blood a chance to make this company successful. People with the right stuff (the talent and connections) to get some of the PDSG products off the ground.

Meanwhile the frustration level grows for shareholders who watch the SP drop every day with a deafoning silence from PTSC.
