If you look on the PTSC's website, under "Investors" and "Management Team" you'll not only find a bio for each Board Member but also some details about what apparently are the 3 key areas of corporate interest.

Note there is no link to a PDF file for "Performance Measures", or the establishment of a performance measures committee. Maybe PTSC has existing performance measures and a committee to develop, improve, and review such measures. Perhaps performance is just not important enough to make the public list.
