The bottom line to this whole discussion is one thing: you can bitch and moan about the BoD all you want, but what are you accomplishing? Please advise. Because I can't fathom a single thing towards meeting your supposed objective. They aren't going anywhere until they choose to, and they have no incentive to make that choice.

If you actually believe that the BoD is reading this board, you're more delusional than I ever claimed to be (and I've claimed to be VERY delusional about certain things! LOL). Further, if you believe that, then you must also believe that all this criticism of the BoD and their performance is somehow going to shame them into resigning - which is WAY more delusional. Straight jacket material.

So I ask again, what are you accomplishing?

And the other point that never seems to penetrate, or is blown off, is that all this bashing of the BoD COULD send potential new investors running, or prompt longs to sell. And the likelihood of this outcome is far greater than the likelihood of BoD members reading this board and being shamed into resigning their extremely lucrative postions. Try arguing THAT point. And the old "nothing posted on this board influences anyone" doesn't cut it. For if that were what you truly believe, why post anything. The members of the BoD would be among the "anyone".

Now, if your judgment is that the bashing of the BoD on this forum, deserved or not, with the ridiculous hope of coaxing them to resign is more beneficial than the possible damage you're doing towards attracting/retaining investors, then IMO you have no basis to ever criticize the judgment of the BoD, because your judgment is far worse.

Now, if you had simply stated your preference that everyone vote no on the current BoD on their proxies, then this entire discussion would make some sense and you would have received no argument from me. But nowhere in this entire discussion were those words uttered. Not once by anyone.

What I have read is that, in essence, there is no solution to the concern presented (again, that is absent), and that any investment in PTSC is doomed purely because of the BoD (repeatedly).

What is your objective? If it is just "venting", all I can say is "grow up" and face reality.

Again, what is your objective? What do you hope to accomplish? I REALLY want to KNOW.
