I do not think any PTSC investor believes that the company is doomed. Contrary to that thought, most (if not all) investors believe that the MMP will ultimately make the company successful in spite of itself, but would like success to happen through constructive management decisions as well. In order for that to happen, the three fixtures on the BOD need to be replaced with new blood and ideas!
