Nice post, but you never answered my questions. As usual. How about some nice concise answers?
Periodically is typically meant to mean monthly (hence magazines are called periodicals). Perhaps the better word would have been "frequently". But sticking with periodically, FOR YEARS, in three years "the great complaint" has been voiced, vigorously, 36 times. And that's probably pretty close to a correct number. Results? And I suspect the 20% reduction was more a response to beancounter concerns than the concerns of shareholders.
You say the BoD revealed "nervousness". Really? Why?
You say: "So we keep bringing it up periodically so no one forgets." 53 thumbs up. Does it look to you like ANYONE FORGOT? LOL
You say: "When people forget and are silenced, history has a nasty tendency of repeating itself."
Though that sentence doesn'y really make any sense the way it is written, I get your drift - but it's a double-edged sword.
When people forget how pointless complaining about the weather, oh, I mean the BoD, really is, they have a nasty tendency to repeat the complaining, periodically.
How 'bout you just schedule a post on the first of each month reminding everyone that the PTSC BoD is bad - just so they don't forget - because you obviously assume everyone here is extremely stupid and needs a reminder or they'll forget. I mean really, it's only their money at stake.
