I have been of the dividend opinion for quite a while now. IMO the BOD has proven they can not manage the profits from the licensing.

SGE I think says, "

Anyone who suggest dividends "be the way of the future" either haven't learned from history or are incredibly shortsighted. Or they're just looking for a way to exit PTSC."

Well I hope I am not letting the cat out of the bag, but um....I AM LOOKING for a way out of PTSC with a little profit would be just fine. If you want to play Who Wants to be a Millionaire (or whatever the game show de jour is) good for you...good luck. But NO family member of mine is here, and I have no relatives in the company. I am soley here for my own capitalistc greed. If someone else can make money with me fine. If they can't, too bad that is the way the game is played. The LAST priority in my investing is to make sure other shareholders make money. I am not looking for a home run, a single looks pretty good right now....

A holding company distributing ALL dividends from now on to the shareholders would be fine with me.

However if you want to swing for the fences good luck.
