And how has that action enhanced shareholder value (the second part of my question). Ah yes, .146689737. Obviously the arrangement, the delegation, has failed to do much enhancing.

It does appear that we own a portfolio that is a "patent litigators dream". It is too bad the custodians of the asset were unable to monetize the portfolio into a patent 'owners' dream.
