Much is being said (again) about BOD replacement actions. 1st let me say I am in no position to assist in making what I am about to say happen, other than to vote my shares, but offer a simple constructive plan which I had proposed earlier.

Plan now for next year as though we will have the same negative opinions of BOD as now.

Seek 5 Agoracom members who will volunteer to stand for election at the next annual stockholders meeting under the following circumstances:

1) no large fees for service other than reimbursement of expenses.

2) willing to step down upon more qualified BOD being identified OR optionally to turn PTSC into a dividend paying holding company for the Patent proceeds.

3) Notify PTSC ASAP and begin working on the practical issues of statutory qualification for their election.

Then we vote for them.

At the very least presenting the specter of valid lower cost opposition may cause them to “volunteer’ to reduce their perks going into the next election, just to appease.

Take this and run with it or not. There will be costs, but endless conversation about it is pointless and this is do able, IMO.
