I see Brian and the like are now quietly suggesting that PTSC will not likely exist in its present form as a publicly traded company at some point in the not-too-distant future. Probably-next they and those on that side of the argument will argue-if PTSC is taken private- that their years-on-end griping had NOTHING to do with a Board decision to take the company private. That would be laughable if there weren't so many decent shareholders that will get burned by all of this. What would you do if you were running the show if you had a bunch of irate shareholders with pitchforks in hand threatening legal action, forced board member removals, proxy battles etc etc? You would at least entertain the idea that taking the company private was one of the options to quell the drama and maximize your personal return. How naive to think that this would end up any other way with all of the rhetoric here. I won't be surprised if/when it happens. Will you?
