IMHO, the ``cloud`` needed to be removed--the only way to do this was to make the patent whole--100% in one owners hands. IMHO, Intels agreement with TPL was not valid until that ``cloud`` was removed. It looks the clouds have lifted to me. Fish is out of the picture altogether at this point--he may show up at some later date as a BOD member, however-LOL. Good fortune to you and thanks for all of your input, ads
