Re: TPL taking less.......Settlement vs. court?......I'm very inclined they'd take less vs. a court decision......TPL needs to make an example out of an infringer to warrant these "higher fees" they've touted and rattle some fencesitters. Time's a wastin, the patent clock's a ticking. Patents are valid until proven invalid.........What.....are we waiting for with these all so powerful patents? Or did something in the J3 take a bite out of them?......
