Milestone you make an excellent point.

Perhaps PTSC will always be stuck with a "penny stock" caliber CEO. You have to ask yourself who would take the job? We expect alot from the CEO the BOD selects and results to date show just how poor the selections have been or how difficult it is to make a penny stock company into a NASDAQ quality company. I guess what I'm saying is don't expect too much with the next CEO selection because like it or not we have to remember what we own here, a penny stock company with a lot of question marks.
