Here are a few off the top of my head;

The Q is due in January and the 4 licenses signed are supposed to be for larger amounts according to TPL's PR's.

The Baroni report should be done and this long quiet period with the shareholders meeting looming may indicate somthing big is about to happen.

It's the New year and companies may be deciding to purchase licenses in this quarter.

We may be getting close to a settlement in California.

The MM's are feeling generous today.
