When was the report due back to the board? I don't recall the exact time it was due, if it was even mentioned. By the end of the year would be a likely deadline for it? That would give time to digest and plan before the SHM. Of course the report could have already been submitted. The question is what actions are being taken that were recomended in the report? That could be the real reason for share price movement to the upside?
