I don't remember the exact details but I think there was an appeal in the J3 case in Eastern District regarding a element of the Markman ruling. For some reason I'm thinking of claim 29 of the 336 patent. It let ARM off the hook. I may have this thing all wrong so corrections are most welcome. Happy New Year everybody!!!
