RTI is an interesting private company

Rates Technology Inc recently sued HTC, which is why I looked at them. A very interesting company and philosophy. See link below.

And talk about small world. Their key patent 5425085 was reexamined (90/007939) by our JP who issued reexam cert on 8/11/09. I'm going to look at the reexam and the NIRC to see if I can get some insight into JP.
