I have asked for the Baroni report and my inital request back in October was denied with this response after a second attempt in November.........

The Company has provided information regarding the activities of the Eclat consulting team which have included the incorporation of their recommendation for recent management changes and the restructuring of the PDSG entity. The specific reporting and communications to our Board from Eclat will not be made public.

Outside of going to the SEC or suing in small claims court, I have no other ideas to pry that report loose IMO.........
